Contact and prospect requests: 3 years from the last exchange. Data related to a stay: duration of the contractual relationship, then the period required by applicable legal and accounting obligations.

Your data is intended solely for the website publisher. It is hosted by our technical service provider, Wix.com Ltd, a data processor. General terms and conditions of sale
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale ("GTC") govern accommodation bookings made with the Hôtel des Barrages, directly via the website hoteldesbarrages.fr or its online booking page. All bookings imply full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Professional's Identity

3. Rooms and rates
The prices shown are in euros, inclusive of all taxes, but excluding tourist tax. In accordance with regulations, tourist tax is collected in addition to the room price, for each adult and each night, according to the applicable rate set by the local authority. It is payable on site and the amount will be communicated before arrival.
Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 people (2 adults, or 2 adults + 1 child for the room with a child's bed).
4. Booking and payment
Your reservation is confirmed upon submission of the online form. Payment is currently made on-site by credit card upon arrival. A secure online payment option may be offered at a later date.
5. Independent access
The Hôtel des Barrages operates without a permanent physical reception. A personal access code (hotel entrance and room) is sent by email and SMS 24 hours before arrival, allowing free access at any time throughout your stay.
6. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival. After this time, or in case of no-show on the day of arrival, the first night remains due.
7. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, accommodation services provided on a specific date or at regular intervals are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to other distance purchases. Therefore, all reservations are binding upon confirmation, subject to the cancellation conditions described in Article 6 above.
8. Responsibility
The hotel accepts no responsibility in the event of force majeure or actions by a third party preventing it from honoring the reservation. The client is solely responsible for the proper use of the access codes provided to them.
9. Personal Data
The information collected during the booking process (name, email, telephone number, and where applicable, company name and VAT number) is used exclusively for managing your stay. For more information on how your data is processed and how to exercise your rights, please consult our privacy policy.
10. Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L616-1 and R616-1 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved directly with the establishment, the customer may resort free of charge to the following mediator:

11. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute, failing amicable resolution, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
